  1. Sponsor. Voda Eye Group LLC d/b/a VODA Eyecare, 80 Horizon Dr, Ste 504-601A, Suwanee, GA 30024 (“Sponsor”).
  2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and of participating brands, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.
  3. Entry Period. Begins Friday, November 13, 2026 at 11:00 AM ET and ends Friday, December 4, 2026 at 4:00 PM ET.
  4. How to Enter. Visit VODA Eyecare during trunk show hours (Fridays, November 13, November 20, and December 4, 2026, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET) and complete an entry card at the front desk. Limit one (1) entry per person per trunk show day, for a maximum of three (3) entries.
  5. Prizes. One (1) Christian Dior wallet and one (1) pair of DIOR sunglasses, plus any additional prizes announced in store. Approximate retail values will be posted here once confirmed. Prizes are awarded “as is,” are non-transferable, and have no cash equivalent. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any taxes are the winner’s responsibility.
  6. Drawing. Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about Saturday, December 5, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  7. Notification. Winner(s) will be contacted using the phone number or email provided on the entry card and must respond within 7 days, or an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes must be picked up at VODA Eyecare.
  8. Not Related to Care or Insurance. Participation is not conditioned on, and has no effect on, any eye examination, medical service, product purchase, or insurance benefit.
  9. Privacy. Entry information is used only to administer this drawing and contact winners. It is not added to any medical record and is not used for marketing without the entrant’s consent.
  10. Publicity. Sponsor may announce a winner’s first name and last initial only with the winner’s permission.
  11. General. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or illegible entries. Sponsor may cancel or modify this drawing if it cannot be run as planned. This drawing is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
